Louis Jadot's Pouilly-Fuissé, sourced from vineyards in the heart of the Mâconnais, is the crown jewel of white wines in this region, surrounded by the appellations of Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly-Vinzelles, and Saint-Véran. It is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes that thrive on steep clay-limestone soils from the Jurassic period.

The traditional winemaking process includes an aging period of 8 to 10 months in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, giving the wine a balanced ratio of fruit freshness and complexity gained through refinement.

In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow hue and exudes vibrant aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as melon and peach, accompanied by subtle nuances of almond and minerals.
