My father was from France and shaped my early attention to food and flavors. What began as a subconscious curiosity developed into a passion for wine in harmony with regional dishes. Another truly decisive influence was my study of geography. It gives me a different approach and perspective on the subject of wine. For over 25 years, I have been trading in wines, importing select, characteristic wines from Portugal, France, and other regions alongside German wines. I seek contact with the wineries to understand their philosophy and working methods. I focus on a few regions that I visit regularly, looking for undiscovered wines that offer a fair price.
